This private, individualized instruction is like nothing in else in Northern Virginia. Our unique approach of keeping a 1:3 coach to athlete ratio keeps the focus on the needs of each wrestler. Coach Jacob Kingett


Coach Jacob is a recent NCAA Division 1 Wrestler from Old Dominion University, where he earned his degree in Exercise Science. Coach Jacob grew up wrestling for the Prince William Wrestling Club and later for local wrestling great Seth Cameron at Forest Park High School, where he placed 3rd in the VSHL AAA state tournament in 2010 and 2nd in 2011. He is currently an Assistant Coach for Saint John Paul the Great Catholic High School with his father, Head Coach Frank Kingett. Jacob has made it his personal goal to do whatever he can to help turn Northern Virginia into a wrestling powerhouse.





Coach Tommy Aloi


Coach Tommy is a former Forest Park High School legend, placing 1st in the AAA state tournament in 2013 and earning All-American Honors in Folkstyle, Freestyle, and Greco-Roman wrestling. Coach Tommy spends his free hours coaching the Prince William Wrestling Club CAWL team, as well as Assistant Coaching for Forest Park High School and Saunders Middle School, and is always willing to go above and beyond to give local wrestlers of all levels every opportunity to become champions. He shares Coach Jacob’s vision for turning Northern Virginia into a hotbed for wrestling talent and believes that Ball-istic’s individual and small group training is without a doubt the most effective way to make that dream a reality.


Coach Joshua Kingett


Brother of Coach Jacob, Coach Joshua holds the same commitment to his wrestlers by donating his free time and expertise at sessions. Coach Joshua is another Seth Cameron trained Forest Park High School wrestler who continued his wrestling in college at James Madison University. He is currently an Assistant Coach for Saint John Paul the Great Catholic High School.
